The most important change to this place is the new location (Residential District) located behind Smitty's "car for sale".
During the ghost quest, you'll find Anna's diary on the floor near a bookshelf in the haunted house. If you "Use" the diary, you'll receive 100 XP.
Find a way to save orphans from the streets.
This quest begins with a conversation with a poor boy named Johnny, who lives with his abusive father. If you listen to his story and feel sorry for him, you'll discover that Mommy is the one who could help. Go and talk to her. She'll tell you that there's a large building in the residential area that could become an orphanage. However, it's full of vagrants who should be avoided. You can kill them (500xp), force them to leave peacefully (750xp), or strike a deal with them to help the orphans in exchange for full board and lodging (1000xp). The last two options seem to require a Speak skill above 80%. Tell Mommy that the vagrants are gone. She'll say to come back in a few days and the orphanage will be open, meaning no more little thieving beggars at every door. You must visit the shelter to help the beggars move in. Also, stop by and see what little Johnny is up to. You'll get an extra 500xp for helping him find a better life.
ATTENTION!
Don't kill the vagrants in the future shelter before accepting this quest and talking to the vagrants themselves about their need to leave the house. Otherwise, you can accept the quest, but you won't be able to turn it in; it will remain unfinished. The problem is most likely that the quest is related to the vagrants' dialogue.
Help Lara attack Tyler's gang.
This is another original quest that has been changed. Instead of fighting all the bandits at once, you must fight a portion of the gang in the church. After this battle, Lara will ask you to go with her to the Den's residential area and fight the remaining bandits. You will have time to rest and heal, but you cannot avoid completing the job. You will then need to return to the church to speak with Lara and receive your payment.
