Arcanum Walkthrough -> Blackrock Clan (W1308 S755)
Enter the mines and kill all the monsters and thieves. On level 3, you'll find a slightly crazy dwarf who says all the Blackrock dwarves have gone to the Isle of Despair:
Go to Gilbert Bates; he'll ask you to go to the Isle of Despair and provide you with Captain Edward Teach's ship, who lives in Ashbury. He'll also offer you his bodyguard, Chukka. Let's go to Ashbury.
Editor's Note: When you reach level 3 of the mine, use the Trap Identification Scroll (there are a ton of them):
While the scroll is active, all traps will be displayed on the map. You can find the devices in the same mine, on most of the dark elf corpses:
