Diablo 1 Walkthrough -> Gharbad the Weak
Location: Level 4, Dungeons [Dungeon].
Given by: Gharbad the Weak.
On the fourth level of the dungeon, Gharbad the Weak, a goat-man, stands a little apart, not trying to attack you. He'll bleat for you not to kill him, as he might be useful to you. Go to another location and return to him. Gharbad will tell you that your reward isn't ready yet and ask you to wait.
Leave him again and return. The goat-man will reply, "Almost done, just a little bit more." Your final, third visit to him will end in a fight: Gharbad will say you must fight for the reward and raise his club at you. This is actually the last thing he'll have time to do, as defeating him is easy.
Reward: a magical item "he made for you." Personally, I'd say the item is mostly pretty useless, but it could be quite useful from a sales perspective.
