Building a corporation
The article is intended for those who want to create their own corporation/alliance or are already developing them, or are looking for a team to their liking. What types of government are possible within a corp and what can be considered an established team/political unit in EVE that is recognized by other participants? Let's figure it out in order.
Types of government

Communal-tribal - the main feature, this is everything that you do as a corporation, is always done together. Mining moons, camping on gates, farming, etc. The second main feature of the tribal system is the presence of a leader. That is, let's say you need to build a house, or fight with someone, the community gathers and the leader appoints who will do what in the tribe. Any type of activity, by and large, is always a crowd.

Corporation Competence
"Fragile statehood" - government structures that "have lost or failed to acquire the ability to govern in key areas of competence." Such areas of competence include:

Monopoly on the use of force. In this area, the following conditions may serve as indicators of loss of competence:
- lack of control over the entire territory or part of the territory;
- lack of control over external borders;
- a large number and political significance of non-state structures (including terrorist ones) that use force;

- systematic exclusion of certain groups of the population from participation in politics;
- gross violations of human rights.
